The O level exam in Singapore is recognized all over the world. It is a qualification exam after which students can pursue their post-secondary schooling in local junior colleges or Polytechnic schools.   1. Adjusting the body clock

Students these days prefer studying at night and sleeping in late in the morning. However, the exams are usually scheduled in the morning. Here is where the trouble arises. The brain gets used to functioning at night when someone studies at night. So, students find it difficult to recall things because their brain is in sleeping mode. So, ten days or one week before the exam, students should start getting up at an appropriate time to ensure they feel fresh and active during the exam.

Failing to plan and schedule practical revision sessions is a terrible thing. So, one should sit down and make a revision timetable with achievable goals. Students should be careful not to exaggerate their bodies. They should take breaks and some time off from their books. It is healthy to let the brain take a break to break the monotony.

If students study from 8 am to 6 pm (with essential breaks), they deserve to watch one episode of their favorite TV show or go out for a quick family dinner. Other healthy rewards include baking something, eating something delicious, taking a nap, walking, etc. The key is not to get distracted to an extent where it impacts the study schedule.

Students should not experiment with anything when the O Level exam is around the corner. For example, if a study method works the best for them, they should stick to the same. Further, experimenting with new foods or other products is not good. Anything new may create trouble. These can cause issues in the gut or other health conditions like unknown allergies and whatnot.
